Caleb Chan

Director Asia Operations

Caleb is responsible for leading Trade Technologies' Asia operations offices in Hong Kong and Singapore.  He has over 25 years of international documentation and banking experience.  Prior to joining Trade Technologies, Caleb was Assistant Manager of Trade Services for Sinova Management Consultancy Ltd, a Hong Kong-based provider of international documentation and management consultancy services.  Prior to joining Sinova, Caleb was Assistant Vice President of Global Trade Services - Qualitative Assurance for the Hong Kong office of JPMorgan Chase. Caleb was previously Assistant Vice President of Global Trade Systems for the Hong Kong office of Bank One and an Officer of Trade Services & Trade System for NationsBank N.A.

Pam Norris

Director Atlanta Operations

Pam is responsible for leading Trade Technologies’ Atlanta operations office.  Pam has over 25 years of experience in the international transportation and trade documentation industry primarily for major international forwarders.  Before joining Trade Technologies in 2008, Pam worked for Emo Trans, Inc in the ocean export and letter of credit departments.  

Sarah Dawson

Director Boston and New York Operations

Sarah is responsible for leading Trade Technologies’ Boston and New York operations offices.  Sarah has over 25 years of international trade experience in the freight forwarding, manufacturing and trade documentation industries.  Prior to joining Trade Technologies in 2008, Sarah was Director of Operations for Quality Letters of Credit in Boston and in San Francisco.

Marcela Lundgren

Director Chicago Operations

Marcela is responsible for leading Trade Technologies’ Chicago operations.  She has 30 years of experience in global logistics and export documentation processing.  Before joining Trade Technologies, Marcela founded and operated Global L/C, a letter of credit processing business for 14 years.  She also held international logistics positions at Panalpina, Phoenix International and C.H. Robinson. She earned her B.S. in International Management and French from Missouri State University and recently finished her MBA with an international business concentration at Keller Graduate School of Management.

Nadir Tayyab

Director Houston Operations

Nadir is responsible for leading Trade Technologies’ Houston operations office.  Nadir has over 20 years of international trade documentation and management experience.   Before joining Trade Technologies in 2005, Nadir led the International Trade Business Unit for Pacific International Documentation Consultants, Inc. providing a full range of international documentation and consultation services to a national customer base.  Prior to joining PIDC, Nadir spent over 10 years in various senior management positions at Siemens AG.

Doug Blair

Director London Operations

Doug is responsible for leading Trade Technologies' London operations office.  He has over 25 years of international documentation and legalization experience as the owner and operator of Blair Consular Services Ltd, the United Kingdom’s largest consular and international documentation provider.

Carlos Perez

Director Los Angeles Operations

Carlos is responsible for leading Trade Technologies' Los Angeles operations office.  He brings over 40 years of experience in logistics and international trade documentation to this role.  Before joining Trade Technologies, Carlos was the founder of Export Documentation Overload, a major provider of international documentation and legalization services in Southern California for over 25 years.   Trade Technologies acquired EDO in early 2005.  Prior to founding EDO, Mr. Perez was the manager of letter of credit operations for Air Express International.

Sunil Mandal

Director Mumbai Operations

Sunil is responsible for leading Trade Technologies’ Mumbai operations office. Sunil has over 12 years of experience in the international letter of credit documentation industry primarily for major international banks. Before joining Trade Technologies in 2017, Sunil worked for DBOI Global Services Pvt Ltd. in the letter of credit department.

Lynnette Orcholski

Director San Francisco Operations

Lynnette is responsible for leading Trade Technologies’ San Francisco operations office.  She has over 25 years of experience in global trade documentation, logistics and finance.   Before joining Trade Technologies in 2010, Lynnette was the Manager Letters of Credit for the telecommunications company Aviat Networks (formerly Harris Stratex Networks).  Prior to joining Aviat Networks, Ms. Orcholski was the manager of the document preparation group at TradeBeam, Inc.  Previously, she held logistic positions at Exel and UTi.

Elizabeth Joseph

Director Singapore Operations

Elizabeth is responsible for leading Trade Technologies’ Singapore operations office. Elizabeth has over 12 years of experience as a Trade Finance Executive. Before joining Trade Technologies in 2013, Elizabeth worked for Global Trade Well Pte Ltd., handling import/export transactions including daily bank transactions.
