Betty is an accomplished product leader and international trade executive with decades of experience helping organizations simplify complex business processes through technology and innovation. Her ability to combine deep industry expertise with strategic leadership has helped organizations navigate evolving trade and technology landscapes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver lasting value to customers.

Prior to joining Trade Technologies, Betty founded XtremeDocs, a company focused on improving the efficiency and accuracy of international trade documentation. Earlier in her career, she held positions in manufacturing, freight forwarding, and ocean transportation, providing firsthand insight into the challenges faced by organizations moving goods across international markets.

Betty recently completed a certification course from MIT Professional Education on Applied Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation and has successfully implemented AI Agents for internal company use.
