Joicy Chakola is Global Head of Sales at Trade Technologies, where she is responsible for driving global sales growth, building strategic customer relationships, and helping organizations navigate the rapidly evolving trade finance landscape.

Since joining Trade Technologies in 2024, Joicy has brought her extensive experience in banking, fintech, entrepreneurship, and business growth to support corporate customers and banks around the world.

Joicy is an international banker and fintech entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in trade and supply chain finance across the United States, Singapore, and India.

Prior to joining Trade Technologies, Joicy held senior leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank and HDFC Bank, where she built and scaled trade finance capabilities, led cross-border teams, and deepened relationships with corporates and financial institutions.

As a co-founder of Cashinvoice, a digital supply chain finance platform in India, Joicy designed and launched end-to-end solutions for receivables and payables financing, helping SMEs and large corporates optimize working capital. She successfully exited the venture, demonstrating her ability to translate deep domain expertise into a scalable, market-ready product.

Since 2021, Joicy has worked as a strategic consultant to startups in the services and fintech sectors. She helped founders set up robust operating processes, craft go-to-market and sales strategies, and prepare for fundraising, drawing on her banking, product, and investor networks.

Beyond her professional work, Joicy is a strong advocate for teamwork, innovation, and relationship-led growth. She volunteers with Aspire for Her, a startup focused on empowering women in India to achieve financial independence through skills, mentorship, and access to opportunities.
