Olaf Rathgeb

Olaf is a seasoned IT and Logistics executive with over two decades of experience in technology leadership, business advisory, and digital transformation. As CTO at Fr. Meyer's Sohn | FMS, he has built a global IT organization for one of the key players in the international logistics industry from the ground up, driving key initiatives in IT service management, enterprise software development, and process automation. Before joining Fr. Meyer’s Sohn in 2012, Olaf founded an independent IT management firm, specializing in turnaround management for IT projects and agile methodologies. His extensive career includes leadership roles at AOL, Vodafone, Accenture, and Mannesmann Mobilfunk, where he led strategic technology programs and large-scale digital transformations. Beyond his expertise in digital transformation, Olaf brings deep knowledge of international trade, logistics, supply chain management, and business process outsourcing. His ability to align enterprise technology strategy with global supply chain operations makes him an invaluable addition to our Advisory Board.
